We are sorry to hear about this complaint, and are more than willing to work with the customer to resolve it.As a response to the complaint, we follow standardized pricing based on a program created for construction and remediation professionals (*** by ***, Version US.Based on that
pricing we did not over charged the customer, nor the insurance company, negotiations were made with the insurance based on what they thought to be a reasonable pricePlease note they did not pay administrative charges, as they did not see them warranted on this particular claim, that is the difference between the original invoice and the revised oneThe customer received a check for the settled amount, we did not hear from Mrs*** until we contacted her, and she did not inform us of any questions or complaints regarding the invoice. The delay in the second invoice was caused by returned mail for insufficient postage, which is why the enveloped she received has multiple stamps.As far as the days, We had equipment there for over days, we do not charge for partial days and have to charge for a full day on any equipment still under rental, to put into perspective, if a customer was to rent equipment at a home improvement store, they will charge a full day if not returned by the end of the day. Having said that, we are committed to customer service and are willing to work with Mrs ***, in hope we can resolve this amicableRegards,Restoration of Greenville

1) My insurance company told me the original invoice was for over $6,000, they refused to pay this amount and amended it to $3,(this amount was deposited in my account where it remains untouched)Reservation claims the difference was for " administrative charges"On their invoice was a line charge for $75.00/hour x to hours ($to $900.00) which they did not charge on their amended billing, far short of the approx$3,difference. 2) I did not receive an itemized invoice until May 5th (post-marked April 29th, did not have multiple stamps,only 2) ; my original request was on April 7th, three weeks earlier. 3) The equipment was here for approxhoursTheir invoice states that charges are per "hour period" so the charges should be for hours x 3, not .I have checked with several rental facilities (including *** and *** *** and they all charge the hours starting with the time of pick-up, not by the calendar day as claimed by Restoration 1. 4) I am still willing to settle for $2,based on periods of hours with the difference of $being refunded to my insurance company, as I offered in my original complaint. I will bring both checks to your office tomorrow. Please contact them today as they are now threatening to put a lien on my home tomorrow. Please call me to confirm these arrangements.
