Review: On 6/12/13 we put down $300.00 for a new seat, trunk and saddlebags for our motorcycle. The total cost was $1,148.91. This was not completed until 9/5/13 after many phone calls & excuses as to why it wasn't done. On 6/26/14 the seat bracket broke. Stopped at the shop and showed Ron. He said it would come under warranty & he would take care of it. Called Ron on the 29th or 30th & informed him that a latch had come off the trunk. Called Ron 7/6/14 he said he needed pictures to send to whomever he got the seat & trunk from. Stopped at shop 7/9/14 so he could take pictures. Called Ron on 7/17/14 he said he would email the seller again & find out what is going on. Emailed Ron on 7/24/14 stating that we are still waiting to hear from him about the repairs. Ron answered back on the 25th stating that he resent the pictures again that morning to the seller & when he hears something he would let us know. Emailed Ron on 8/5/14 stating still waiting to hear from him, Ron answered back saying that he finally got someone to call him back & that they would send the parts to do the repair. He also asked how many rubber bolts were needed. He said the guy would send him the parts & they would fix it. [redacted] called Ron that afternoon and Ron said he would get the parts. Emailed Ron on 8/27/14 asking if the parts had come in yet. No response from Ron. Emailed Ron on 9/9/14 three times same day asking same question. No response from Ron. Called Ron on 9/11/14 he said he is on the internet with them because they won't respond to his emails or phone calls. He'll let us know when he finds out something. Emailed Ron on 9/19/14 stating that [redacted] had spoke with him on the 11th. Asking to please let us know something. No response from Ron. Emailed same email on 9/26/14. No response from Ron. Went to shop to talk to Ron on 9/26/14. Ron told [redacted] that he is trying to get parts from another place and that this place would pick up the warranty. When he finds out what is going on he will email him. We have not heard anything since.Desired Settlement: We are willing to go somewhere else for the repairs and Ron would pay for it. If not we would like the seat and trunk to be replaced in a timely manner. Obviously defected product was put on the motorcycle.
