Leominster Family Dentists

Dentist had started a crown(i only have half of a tooth now)I was told I had to pay IN Full in order for them to finish the crown. I Paid it in full(My tooth broke-the dentist started a crown(i only have half of a tooth now)The [redacted] told me I cannot have the crown finished until I paid the balance in full-I agreed to pay $100 per month. It is now paid off and they said it took too long-now the crown wont fit-they need to do it again-I was furious-my tooth is jagged-my mouth has had infections because of this-I asked for my money back-they refused!! THEY are the ones who would not allow me to get the crown until I paid!! I was unemployed at the time and I paid it all.Desired SettlementAll I want is the money I paid to them.Business' Initial Response We have issued a refund on 6/21/2013 for the total amount the customer has paid us and regret any inconvenience.
