Jason and his "Allstate Roofing and More" team far superseded all other quotes and roofers for three main reasons, making the process and product A+ Without demonizing other roofers in my area, it became clear from the start that Allstate values clients, surpasses roofing excellence in all areas of the work, and estimates cost with 100% precision.  Rather than tell us endless roofing facts, instead Jason listened and answered questions with thoughtful illustrations, that showed high quality materials and highly skilled workers would surpass our expectations at every angle That happened, and the fair cost (which was not as high as some quotes we obtained from other firms or as low as others) came in on the exact figure Jason stated ahead.  Allstate's dream roofer team arrived at 7AM, explained any process we asked about, and maintained an amazing professionalism you see in only the most proficient craftsmen who take pride in the detailsThis team cleaned as they worked and when the complete tear down was complete you could see no trace they'd been there.  Without reserve, I will be calling Allstate again for future projects at my home after this amazing experience! I spoke with Austin C*** from the beginning regarding the existing roof
problems He inspected the roof and thoroughly explained what should be done
and whyI was given a comprehensive package of tile colors, and warranty
information As Allstate was my first call, there was time between receiving
the estimate and granting the contract During that time Austin called to see
where I was with obtaining other quotes, and actually provided valuable
suggestions when I stated I was having issues with getting contractors to
respond I subsequently checked and used the suggestions because they
referenced some of the area's major contractorsAfter receiving all quotes, I selected Allstate because the price, warranty,
materials provided for review, and the information received from Austin C***
was superior to all other contractors that submitted estimates and talked to me
about what was required

I contracted Allstate roofing & more to install a roof (I paid so 2,700.00) It is understood that a roof has to be watertight, My roof leaks (its not watertight) thereby the roof they installed has zero valueI asked for this roof to be installed per Gaf standard and you did not do so and the roof does not meet Gaf standard and my warranty is voidIt should be made clear : I am not required tp allow them any additional attempts to effect repairs, Upon the discovery of the breach, I treated the contract's as terminated and I am free from having any more dealing with them As I have stated I would like my 2,back and you cut the siding off my house and you need to pay for that as well, 1,500.00, so I can have it sided , and I won't even ask for the damage to my guttersceiling and drywall and my rug If you don't want to do the right thing and give me my money back and the damage you did by cutting my siding off my house then I will have to take other avenues

We had our roof done and insulation put in our atticAustin met with us and gave us all the information we needed, answered all my questions and did not pressure us to make a saleHe was always available and responded to my texts or e-mailThe workers were amazingly skilled and hard workingThey removed layers and put in the new roof in one day! They left the yard clean and neatYou wouldn't know they had been hereThey same with the insulation installerAll friendly and professionalI am thrilled with my experience with All State Roof

Hired to remove snow from roof, came same dayFast working team and remedied the entire situation in just a few hours

We have treated Miss [redacted] with respect from day one and are willing to do all that is necessary to resolve this issue, all repairs ,aesthetic and pertaining to the roof issues, leaks, ect. we have offered our service to resolve this multiple times and Been denied the chance to...

remedy these issues multiple times. We are always willing to take responsibility for our mistakes and are still willing to do so but need permission to come on to the property to do so. All we ask is the chance to do these repairs and service the job correctly.

I was not impressed with follow up customer service. [redacted] and [redacted] came to my house twice to remove snow and ice from the roof, however, when I requested an estimate for additional repairs, I did not get one. Also they insist on checks being written to their name not to the business. First time when [redacted] came to my house to take a look at the leaking roof he quoted me $500 cash. I told him that it sounded too high and that I was looking to get other estimates, he quickly changed his quote to $350. I let him to the job because did not want to deal with leaks at that time and I gave them another chance when called with leaking roof due to ice and snow. For additional repairs I am not going to go with them.
