Absolutely horrendous customer service by [redacted] God knows his real nameDelivery guys were so rude to the point of making me almost call If you want a peaceful furniture buying experience then this is not a place for youPLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE STAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY from these guys!!! All this from someone who was stupid enough to buy thousands of worth of furniture from them
Per conversation with *** *** we have ordered the 2nd replacement cushion , when it arrives it will be sent out along with a replacement handle The customers warranty information has been submitted and the warranty # is *** I will forward this information on to *** *** regarding the warranty registration number . Per my last conversation with *** *** it was my understanding this issue is resolved , as we are just waiting on parts to arrive to be shipped out Thank YouManagement

The extended warranty we paid for has not been activated according to the warranty companyAnd the lever that controls the raising and lowering of the foot rest is brokenThe extended warranty needs be activated by Leon FurnitureAnd we still have not received the 2nd replacement cushion.This claim needs to remain open until all issues are resolved*** ***
Absolutely horrendous customer service by [redacted] God knows his real name. Delivery guys were so rude to the point of making me almost call 911.
