MORE AND MORE COMPLAINTS F3/27/2014

He finished with installation at 8:30 AM and left. Upon further inspection I found a water leak in work he performed so called him within 10 minutes of him leaving but no answer so left message. He finally called back at 1:51 PM and stated he would be over around 10:00 AM on 3/25/2014 to fix. I left at 11:00 AM for prior appointment he never showed up. It is now 3/28/2014 at 5:45 PM and I have not heard from him but he did cash the check. He will not be allowed back on my property. I will find somebody else to fix leak.

Cracked and broke my ceramic toilet, said it was fixed, took check and left. When we flushed the toilet it was pouring water everywhere. Leon would not return calls after that. Obviously he knew he cracked it and never returned our calls.

Leon was supposed to arrive at 7:30am he had not showed up at 9:00am so we called him. He said he had an emergency and was on his way to our house now. He didn't arrive until almost 10:00am. Once he got here he performed the work requested in about three hours. When he left everything appeared to be working OK. A couple of weeks later the R/O system started to leak out of the weep hole in the faucet. We contacted Leon and he said he would stop by and take a look that afternoon. When he came he said that it was probably some waste backup from the garbage disposal. He disconnected the lines to the R/O and blew them out and assured us that everything would be fine. Well guess what the next day the R/O faucet weep hole started leaking again. This time we called a different plumber and found out that the sink drain system was hooked up incorrectly and it had a backward pitch to it. Also the R/O line was installed on the low end of the drain so waste was backing up in the R/O overflow port. We were also told that the wrong type of R/O unit had been installed. The new plumber fixed the drain problems but had to replace the R/O tank and filters because they had become clogged and contaminated. Needless to say we will never be calling Leon again for our plumbing needs

Leon, why have you not returned my calls?

May 3, 2018 you installed a hot water circulating valve for me, it did not work correctly. June 1 you installed more valves and hoses and said that would fix the problem. Well it didn't.

Where is the 100 percent guarantee ? You have not returned to correct the problem, when I suggested you remove the equipment that does not function as advertised and refund my money you quit returning my calls.

It has been over 4 months since the installation of the equipment, it still does not function correctly.

So much for your 100 percent guarantee, and yes I will be letting my local hardware store that recommended you know exactly what has happened and your lack of response.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He doesn't show up when he say's he will and he doesn't return phone calls. Seen him driving around to other jobs and wouldn't come fix what he started and got paid for.

Should I tell them my story... About how you ripped me and my husband off and installed stuff upside down and never came back. The attorney general office of phoenix got involved and you still have not set me my check... Do I have to call mr. Davis again and remind him no check has come in? Nope I went to the revdex.com now and reported you! Just like the other lady did in aj. I hired you... You didn't hire me something you forget when your working for someone else. Humankindness goes a long way and you have none in your bones. Everyone can't be wrong and you be right. Cause I keep all the message and text and phone papers from verizon on who called and what time.. I have my proof.. And the bank account where you took more money than you should have? I have that from my bank also. Ace hardwares perferred plumber ad..? Was a lie also. Can't brush that under the table can you. I still have those ads printed and in a file for proof. Send me my check. $ 225.00 like you said you was going to. And this will be over.
