hope that this latest adjustment will allow me to have many years of service from their product. The repair was made on December 22, as IFI stated and it appears at this time that the resolution is satisfactory. Thank you for your assistance in helping us reach this point.

To Whom It May Concern: Let me start by saying that we are truly sorry that our customer had to resort to this type of complaintThis has been an extremely busy year for us and we have experienced more delays in installation than ever beforeOn August 31st, we met with *** while she was on
medical leave after having sinus surgeryWe were under the impression that the issues would be handled in the fall, when our work load had slowed down a bit. I personally visited the job site along with Karen (our residential supervisor) and were aware of the issues. We had agreed to sand down the rough spots on the posts, check the hardware on the gates and clean off some of the concrete that had been splashed up on a few of the posts. We also needed to replace one 2” x 4” x 8’ boards that had some rough areas on it. The issues at hand were certainly understandable, but not out of the ordinary with wood fencing. We were going to have the crew walk the entire job to make sure that everything had been correctedWe certainly did not ask her to pay the balance that was owed until the issues had been corrected and she was satisfiedOur goal is to satisfy all of our customers and we would be willing to do so in this case as well. We do apologize for the way that this situation has been handled and the lack of communication on our partPlease let us know if we can take care of this problem for our customer.
