Review: After ordering and receiving an engagement ring, I noticed several locations in the setting of the ring that had some damage or imperfections. I tried to call, email, and stop by the store location, but had no success in making contact in an effort to get these damages repaired. This was especially disheartening given that I had chosen Leon-Meyer because of their original claim to highly personalized customer service.Desired Settlement: I have decided to replace the setting of the ring and would like be refunded the value of the setting that I received from Leon-Meyer because it has issues that I have never been able to address with the business because I can't get in contact with them by any means.

Review: I gave them a watch the summer of 2013 to fix the latch so it would not fall off my wrist.He needed more time. I have contacted by phone, left messages and have gone to the store many many times. The last visit, he did not have it with the identification number that went with my receipt. I stupidly gave him the receipt when he asked for it. I should have known better. Since then he has kept promising me to have the watch. He thinks it's at home. He thinks it's at work. 3 months ago I left a message on the store phone. Last month I went and there was a post it on the door that said they were closed even though it was during their regular business hours.How do I get my watch back?Desired Settlement: If he has lost the watch, he needs to replace. It is not a jeweled watch. It has an Alice and Wonderland theme to it. Let him find it someplace and replace it. Or better yet, give me back my original watch.
