Review: September 8 th I put a deposit of 5000 dollars on a house located at [redacted] in [redacted] pa . Closing was suppose to be October 18 but there was a problem with the title. The title would not clear. The realtor asked me would I sign a 30 day extension. I signed a 30 day extension to November 18 and on that day the title still was not clear. So about a day are 2 after that I said our contract has ran out and I am not interested in this house any more. The broker at Leon Ross called me and told me I have to take this house and it would be only a few more days. I said you are not going to bully me and no I am not going to take this house. So when I asked my realtor to get my 5000 dollars deposit back he told me Leo Ross said they would give me half the money and I said no way.Desired Settlement: refund my money and refund my house inspection and all legal and court cost and time off work to work on this.
