converter were supplying a constant 12v and 110v current to the 12v and 110v amenities after work was complete. We were not commissioned or paid to check or repair entire electrical system. We did offer to perform the service for a fee but customer refused. We did not charge for a service of the air conditioning but a diagnostic fee to find what exactly was wrong with the unit. There are a multiple things that could have been wrong with the unit that are repairable, unfortunately,the air conditioner was checked and found to have a cracked line in the freon supply. This is not repairable. I feel we performed the required work and the customer was charged appropriately

[redacted]first they say that all the 12v wiring was repaired, if so how come 12v battery is not receiving any charge from the converter? There are only 3 lights in the entire unit and none of them work off the 12v battery, by the way which was my original complaint.The air conditioner they charged me to check and reported was irreparable has been repaired by another service technician who only had to add R22 to charge the system which works fantastic at this time.

hair. She worked about one minute. When she stopped, I asked her, "Is that all?" She said yes. The stylist offered to put some product in my hair and to blow-dry it. I explained to her that I need only a haircut today, so that I could see the result of the hair-cut without blow-dry. My first impression was that she prepared my hair for further work with it, but the stylist promptly left to the check-out desk. I was left behind and I was absolutely perplexed, as I did not request to have my hair tips slightly trimmed. I had clearly explained that I need a haircut, as I need to look neat and professional. Please, see the photo I uploaded. Do you see a neat and professionally looking haircut there?  I made this photo as soon as I arrived home, which took me about 10 minutes. No haircut was done, only the very, very tips of my hair were slightly trimmed. I did not argue at he check-out desk, as I was just close to crying. It is not about my money wasted for nothing at all, though for a recent grad student it IS the money. I feel bad because I do not understand how this is possible: a customer asks for a neat and professional looking hair-cut, but does not receive this service. Whoever is reading this, I hope your daughter, or sister, or wife, or mom will never be treated like that.
