***, the vet tech, is VERY rude to the other employees in the officeI have moved the care of both of my pets a different, more expensive office, simply because he is such an a** to the office staffI recently went to pick up meds for my dog, and the young lady behind the the desk looked at me and walked away without saying a word, when I asked if I could be helped, she said I have to get the meds out of the safeI would NEVER recommend this animal hospital to anyone
I have only used this vet for a few months but every time I went I saw a different doctor and every time I brought my dog in it was an awful experienceevery time I asked about the price of something they told me some ridiculous amountmy dog got sick with a bacterial infection and the doctor never took proper care of my dog so the infection returned and they expected me to bring her in again and pay their ridiculous prices and put up with them being rude to mei got my dog spayed in December and I payed for the surgery with a voucher that I purchased from *** *** *** I payed $for the voucher and was told that it only covered the surgeryI bring my dog in for surgery and sign the paper work only approving the surgery then I pick her up the next day and get charged $instead of $I spoke to *** *** *** about the incident and they said "they are the worst vet in town"!!!!! I find it frustrating that this vet overcharged me for the spay surgery and for who only knows what else! I think that they should be taken off the *** *** *** voucher and that people should be careful when using this vet because they will pull every penny you have out of your pocketI have happily moved to another vet and will leave a bad review for this particular clinic on every website I can possibly find so other people can be aware that they are over charging
