Ms***'s check was prepared and dated 1/25/and sent via courier, [redacted] Overnight Several attempts were made to deliver without success Subsequent attempts were made but she refused to accept a delivery without a signature required; she refused to work with the courier to pick up at their hub location and she refused an alternatve delivery address The check was returned to us by the courier and it was sent via US Post She claims she did not receive it but it has not been returned In order to issue another check she must sign the lost check waiver which she refusesd to do Her former employer has agreed to sign the waiver and we are issuing her another check which will be sent out overnight We ask that she be directed to accept the delivery which she has previously refused

Delivery was not successful per the tracking number they provided It’s not my responsibility to drive min to go pick it upThe company did not resend out my the check and continued to hold my check hostage unless I signed a formI need a tracking number before this gets closed
