Dear Sir,

In working with Mr. [redacted] there was a problem in what he wanted to do.
He wanted a bucket adapter that...

would do two things. He wanted a curved bucket that that we would have used a straight bucket on. We told him that he needed a straight back bucket in order for this to work. He refused because he wanted a curved bucket. So we built what he wanted it didn't work the way he wanted it to do. So [redacted] told him to bring it back to us and we would see what we could do for him. He brought it back and wanted 8 teeth welded on the bucket. We only had 7 in stock so that is what [redacted] welded on. He was told that if he wanted to 8 teeth it would be 4 to 5 weeks to get them. He said 7 was fine. We welded them on and never charged anything for labor.
Then he wanted the brackets on the back of the bucket welded upside down. The guys in the shop was telling him it wouldn't work. He said I'm paying for this and He should have it the way He want it. He was told by [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted],along with several people for the shop that it would not work. He was told that we would refund his money and call it good. He refused so we did what he wanted.
It don't work and the bucket is no good to us now. So the offer of a refund is off the table. Sorry it didn't work but we have been in business for many years and know what works and don't. He did a charge back on us 2 times and lost. Now he is trying to make our business look bad.
