We patronize this restaurant every Friday for dinner and have been for years. They have the best quality Italian food and fantastic Pizzas. The salads and sandwiches are great too. The staff from servers to management are the greatest. They always make us feel at home.
When you eat here you can be sure you will receive quality food and service!

I have went to this restaurant religiously for years. I have always left good tips and promoted group ordering in my call center. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. I arrive at the restaurant, pay, then was advised my order was not ready. No big deal. I noticed a small pizza with the box wide open on the top shelf of the warming rack. I had nothing to do since I was waiting and fixated on this box. I saw this box grouped twice with different orders before being shut and placed on the top rack again, 12 minutes later. After 20 minutes the man who rang me up, tried to tell me that my pizza just came out the oven. The man tried to give me that pizza that has been sitting for 20 minutes. I tell the young man hey I watched that pizza sit out opened for 12 min and it has been there 20 minutes, I do not want it. The young man then asked me would I like him to remake it or could he do something else. My problem is not with this individual. Perfect, customer service, very nice, admitted mistake of not seeing pizza. I advised at this point I have to get back to work and just want a refund. He said no problem and went to get his manager. His manager kept me waiting a couple of minutes, then came out and tried to answer a phone instead of talking with me. The young man pointed the manger at me at that point and he put down the phone. I tell him I have been there 20 minutes and accidentally read my watch wrong and back it up an hour. The manager slyly looks at me and grins and ask have I really been here an hour and a half? Then opens the pizza and informs me it looks great. No customer service. Left me with the absolute impression I wanted something for free. I then advise him I was not trying to be a jerk, I come here all the time, and have NEVER complained in 14 years, I have to get back to work and would like my money back. He then never said anything handed me my money and the pizza. I left the pizza because it was about principal at this point. I will never go back, because I am not someone who ask for anything for free, I just wanted my money back.

Un-questionally the best pizza restaurant in Richmond if not the Commonwealth. The food is excellent, the service is efficient, friendly, and most courteous. My family has eaten there for over ten years and the food has never varied from it's savory taste from pasta to pizza to desserts. I have recommended and brought countless friends and relatives and they have "all" given it a four star rating.

Suggestion: peel and eat shrimp for appetizer, thin crust pizza, double cheese, with favorite toppings and beverages. Mouth is watering already.

Review: my order was not fulfilled correctly and for a $17 medium pizza it was cold. called to complain she offered a credit on next purchase and did not address having incorrect ingredients on the pizza. How can I utilize the credit if I no longer will order their pizza,Desired Settlement: apology and credit for amount paid
