I am rejecting this response because:
My truck never leaked coolant and Mr. [redacted] confirmed this the day I picked up my truck . The issue of it overheating began while the vehicle was in their care . Even so , I paid them to repair it . The last two times I picked up my truck it overheated before reaching home less than three miles away . The first time I contacted them because of this , and because bubbles were accumulating in my reservoir tank , and Mr. [redacted] told me he had noticed it as well during his final inspection but told me not to worry about it even though he said he wasn't sure what had caused it . That weekend my temperature guage almost went into the red while on I35 while still in [redacted] , so I cancelled my trip , went home and dropped my truck off at their garage the following day . After four days,  he asked me for additional funds for repairs that were supposedly already performed without my being contacted for authorization , which I consider a very unethical practice . Because I had already paid Leonard's 620.00 so my truck wouldn't overheat again , I had to refuse . Upon picking it up , my truck overheated AGAIN before I reached home . It's not safe to drive it in the condition it is in . I want the money that I paid them for a service I did not receive refunded so a I can have my car fixed once and for all .

When the vehicle came in the first time the check engine light was on and the vehicle was running very poorly.  Mr. [redacted] had been asking about a convertor replacement because another shop said that the convertor was bad and causing those issues.  In fact the convertor is ok and the...

issue was with the EGR valve.  We replaced the EGR valve and the serpentine belt.  The vehicle was running just fine at that time.  We could not do a state inspection because after clearing the check engine light the readiness monitors had not reset. This repair was finished on 7/3/2014.
Two weeks later Mr. [redacted] returned with the check engine light back on and the vehicle running rough.  We found that the trouble codes were for the vehicle overheating because the thermostat housing was cracked and leaking coolant.  So at that time we replace the thermostat housing and cleared the check engine light.  When a vehicle is overheating the computer will shut down different things in order to keep the vehicle running.
 
On the 24th Mr. [redacted] returned with his truck overheating again.  We checked the vehicle out that time for a overheating issue.   We found that the water pump and the expansion tank were leaking.  We repaired those issues at this time.  We were also able to get the state inspection done because the readiness monitors had rebooted and were ready.  
 
The following week the truck was back in for it overheating.  That time we found that coolant was now leaking from the heater control valve.  I did agree to replace that at no charge because I felt bad for him.  
 
When it comes to cooling system stuff on a 13 year old truck I can only fix what I can see.  If it has a leak and it is repaired the pressure in the system increases which can in turn make something else that might be weak start to have issues.  Each time Mr. [redacted] picked up his vehicle he told me that the issues would not start until after he had been driving the vehicle on the highway for a while specifically he would drive to [redacted] and [redacted] area before it would act up.  We did test drive the vehicle on the highway before returning it back, but we only drive it to [redacted] and back. 
 
I do have copies of the invoices and I have all of the phone conversations recorded that we can listen to.  I would be more than happy to sit and listen to those so that the Revdex.com can hear the conversations and hear that Mr. [redacted] did in fact approve all the repairs to be done.

Hello ,
 I still haven't received the refund from Leonard's Garage that was decided to be given to me in order to resolve my complaint against them .
I want to reopen my case against them until they follow through and refund my money .
Until it's refunded , I am without transportation as I need it to have my vehicle repaired at another garage . I've been very patient with this and I feel they've been given adequate time act .
