I do apologize for your disappointment. [redacted] was your sales person and therefore should have been your person of contact. Yes, I am the owner and happy to speak with you anytime, however I am not a sales person and do not always have the details of every order at my fingertips when answering...

the telephone. Your table was beautifully handmade in our shop and shipped yesterday. We did have a difficult time with white glove shipping from Massachusetts to California so that did cause some of the delay. Yes, you will be receiving the table about 4 weeks late and I do apologize for that. All of our pieces are handmade from start to finish with the best materials, which does take time. I do hope you are happy with your table once if arrives. It left our shop on June 25th enroute to you in California. I apologize for your dissatisfaction with Leonard's ability to get your table out to you, and the lack of communication in this matter. Getting custom build furniture built, prepped for delivery and researching a shipper to go across country at an affordable rate has its challenges and is something we will continue to work on. Also which is why we allow ourselves ample time to get orders fulfilled as your will see on the link provided.http://www.leonardsantiques.com/our_story/category/shippingThe freight company will be on site today to finally pick up as this order was crated ready to go 2 weeks ago, but again we are at the mercy of the shipping company. You will love the product when it arrives and and hope you feel it was well worth the wait. Many years from now when you are still using this well built piece I hope you recall the positive memories and are able to put this delay behind you.

Hi... I could not attach my comments to the rejection.I am not demanding 750 out if nowhere . One item More than 3k on similar sites was sold without a price tag. I know the Consignment time is 90 days. When we tried to pick up, Patrick, who Works for [redacted], told my brother repeatedlyHe wanted to keep the items . This was in writing .Both email and text, which I sent to [redacted].3 k was paid for other items which were sold. For that 3k, we had to ask numerous times And were told the delay was due to lawsuitsFrom the owner's kids who were not satisfied With all they had been given, cars, private school etc. Again, we didn't care.We were told the remaining items hadn't sold. We wanted To pick up. Within three days , items sold, one For $ 40 , similar items sell for 3k. That item was Sold without a price tag . The couch was on hold for 1200, then sold for 500, violating Their own 30 percent mark down rule. I am notDemanding 750. I felt that was a fair number. [redacted]Did offer me 250 so she recognizes some Wrong doing on her part.

Leonards consignment agreement outlining our terms (90 days following the date of consignment, property must be claimed by the consignor) was signed by [redacted] (brother of [redacted]) on 9/29/14. The terms further describe that unclaimed pieces will be placed in a storage facility after 120...

days. Storage costs would become the responsibility of the consignor. In an effort to work with the consignor, Leonards agreed to pick up the pieces at two separate occasions at no cost to them. In a continuing effort to work with the consignor, Leonards offered to extend the period that the pieces would be made available for sale. In fact, Leonards displayed them in the showroom for over a year. At the time of consignment, [redacted] agreed that Leonards was to price the pieces. Pricing was based on due diligence and various pieces sold over time. Checks totaling over $3000 have been paid accordingly. [redacted]'s questions regarding concerns of pricing occurred a full year after the original consignment agreement was signed. She is now demanding an additional $750.00 for pieces that sold for less than that amount. Those pieces remaining unsold have been picked up by the consignor.
