Ms. [redacted]'s check was prepared and dated 1/25/18 and sent via courier, [redacted] Overnight. Several attempts were made to deliver without success. Subsequent attempts were made but she refused to accept a delivery without a signature required; she refused to work with the courier...
to pick up at their hub location and she refused an alternatve delivery address. The check was returned to us by the courier and it was sent via US Post. She claims she did not receive it but it has not been returned. In order to issue another check she must sign the lost check waiver which she refusesd to do. Her former employer has agreed to sign the waiver and we are issuing her another check which will be sent out overnight. We ask that she be directed to accept the delivery which she has previously refused.
