Dear [redacted], the Revdex.com. 
The complaint has been resolved weeks ago.  She was going to mail you a letter.  But none of my knowledge was sent.
     (door lock mech)
The  used part was Returned along...

with the tech sheet with error codes in it.  to [redacted]She is OK with used part returned (door lock mech) was droped of in a box few weeks ago.  I called her if she recieved box and she said yes thank you.  She then said she would Respond to B.B.B.to say complaint was Resolved.  (and did not as of 2-9-16)  I do have a torn Retina in my eye that is the Reason couldn't get to Return Part.

My complaint with Mr. Leonard was resolved.  He did return the old part to my washing machine and a book of error codes also.  However, I would never, ever use Mr. Leonard's services again and I will be sure to let all of my friends and acquaintances know of my experience with him.  He advertises with a cell phone number only so that his far away customers won't realize that he is coming from such a distance thus his availability will be limited at best.  He makes up stories, blatantly lies and uses very deceptive business practices. 
He could've easily told me at the beginning of the visit that I needed a new "board" instead of spending three totally unnecessary hours in my home pretending to be doing something minimally productive.  
I contacted him several time threatening to report him and he ignored each and every call.  This should give you some insight to the man's character and work ethic.

I scheduled appointment for Leonard;s Repair Service to come out to my home to repair my range. He said there was $89.00 service call. when he arrived he diagnosed the problem and would have to get back tome the next day with price for the part needed that the did not have with him. He then gave me the bill for the call and it included $94.00 labor charge along with the $89.00 service call charge. when he was questioned by my wife on this he said he told me that there was a labor charge also, which I do not recall him telling me. I called him the next day to complain to him that I never heard of a service call charge and labor charge. He offer me 5% refund. I just feel this is outrageous to charge both costs. And the work was not even done.
