The item purchased was in fact recommended to me by their sales staff who was well advised of the make and model vehicle I did not have receipt for the purchase ( as I did not expect the clutch handle to fall apart on miles of riding ) but he easily recognized me when I came back as I had only purchased the item in question a cpl of weeks earlier The fact that they could not identify the parts purchased or find that purchase " in their system" points to a larger issue, especially since the manager claimed she sells a ton of those .I paid around *** for this item and the counter guy didn't even want to give any kind of refund even though HE recommended the perch and lever At this point it is clear that this business does not care about their customers because if they did , they would put as much effort in customer service as they do in selling
