Review: I paid for shuttles service to the airport. From Downtown L.A. to San Ysidro and transfer to the Tijuana Airport. I paid for the ticket 4 days in advanced, for 7:00 pm pick up. I called on the day of the service in the morning to make sure the shuttle will be there on time. I was asked to be there between 6:00 and 6:30 pm. I called again in the afternoon to confirmed again of the scheduled time I arrived at 6:30 pm, I was told the driver was running late, and could be at the pick up around 7:30 pm. I waited, and waited until 8:45 pm. sitting in the office in Los Angeles, the last pick according to their scheduled it showed the last last pick up was at 8:00 pm. Once the driver arrived, I was told by the driver that he could not guarantee to make it on time to take my fly, since he has to make other stops before arriving to San Ysidro and transfer over the their shuttle to take me to the airport. At this point I was nerves and upset and had to find a way to make it that night to the airport, so I had no other choice but to ask one of my family members to drive me to Tijuana we are talking about 2/ 1/2 or 3 depending on traffic. I was assured by the employee over the counter that I was going to get my refund of $32.00. When I came back from my trip. So I returned on the 7/12/14 and this time the story changed and this time the lady at the counter said that the ticket is stamped No Refunds?!. I explained to the lady what happened and that I had paid for a service and the service was not provided!!!.Desired Settlement: asking for refund on service not render
