Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Leonidas Realty is again creating false accusations because I have written many reviews on different review websites on how Leonidas Realty truly operates. Their reply to the Revdex.com is a testimony to this fact: they do not want to take responsibility for their actions and solely wish to only save what is left of their name. Here is my complaint again: [redacted] told us the information we needed in order to apply for the apartment. The fact that we did not get accepted to the apartment is not the problem: the problem is [redacted] yelling at us when we asked why he could not tell us the name of the management company or why we had been denied. [redacted] told our guarantor why we did not get the apartment but never informed us. We were told that we had to get the paperwork approved by a management company, not the [redacted]. The management company as we were told screened all perspective tenants to the building. Now that we have again asked for the name of the management company, Leonidas Realty is denying the existence of  the management company and is saying that there is only an [redacted]. They are obviously lying about something- was there really a management company? Where did this information go then? After writing numerous reviews after we had fired them and telling others that we had contacted the Revdex.com in order to inform others about how Leonidas Realty operates, [redacted] wrote back a nasty reply on [redacted] on my profile. The reply and review were taken down afterwards because my profile did not have direct contact to [redacted], my spouse's profile did.
[redacted] later contacted us saying that after we had fired him that he fought with the [redacted] to get us approved for the apartment and we could have come down the weekend of 3/**/2015 to sign the lease. If Leonidas Realty was correct that we were just mad about not getting the apartment, then how come we did not go down and sign for it? We are done dealing with such a deceitful company and only wish to let  others know of their true intentions.I would once again like to know the name of the management company where our information went to and I would like an apology from Leonidas Realty for not only the situation with [redacted] but also for replying with false remarks.

Leonidas Realty would like to apologize to [redacted] if he feels in anyway that our selling practices were unethical. [redacted] is one of the top producers of our company and we had NEVER had any complaints from ANY of the MANY clients he has worked with. [redacted] DID NOT take a...

deposit from the clients but only asked for what the [redacted] had required [redacted] to obtain. In other words, the w2, tax return and paystubs are MANDATORY items we needed in order to move forward with the application process. The [redacted] DENIED their paperwork due to the fact that they DID NOT make enough income COMBINED, as well as their tax return reflected EXTREMELY low numbers. [redacted] DID in fact ask if [redacted] and [redacted] can possibly gather a co-signers paperwork together IN CASE the [redacted] wanted to see it. However the [redacted] was NOT interested in seeing the co-signers paperwork. Upon receiving the news of denial, [redacted] was FURIOUS and blamed [redacted] for the application denial. [redacted] also threatened [redacted] that if they did not get the apartment they would report our company to Revdex.com. In regards to his paperwork, it has already been deleted from the emails that [redacted] and [redacted] has sent. All paperwork WILL NOT be used in a malicious ways or intent. In regards to the name of the [redacted], that information WILL NOT be given to [redacted] nor [redacted], as the [redacted] DOES NOT wish to be in contact with them. If Revdex.com [redacted] personally requests for the landlord or [redacted] that is responsible for that building, I have NO PROBLEM releasing the information. Any questions or concerns, please call me[redacted]

Review: I am a [redacted] year old [redacted] who was looking for an apartment in [redacted], **. I came across "Leonidas Reality" and was told by a realtor by the name of [redacted], that he has many available apartments in my price range. About a month ago I agreed on a apartment located in the [redacted] area of [redacted]. I filled out an application and I put down a deposit as [redacted] insisted that I had to do in order for him not to show the apartment to anyone else. After about a week, I followed up with [redacted] in his office where I signed a lease for [redacted]. My move in date was the [redacted] of November. He told me he would take the lease to the management company the following day and I would be set to move in on the [redacted]. Since all papers were signed and the remaining balance was given, I informed my landlord I would be leaving by Oct. **, 2014.

When Oct. **, 2014 came, I got a phone call from [redacted] stating he was unable to give me my keys because there was a problem with my paperwork. I told him this did not sound legal as all papers have been signed and my money was given and its only right I move into the apartment. He kept insisting they did not want to give him the keys and that I did not have the apartment. By this time, all my items were packed in a moving truck, and I was unable to stay in my current apartment as the landlord had someone to rent it out to already. I was left in the street and since then have been staying in many different locations because "[redacted]" has not found me a new apartment and has been giving me the run around for three weeks already. This business is very unprofessional. They send me to see apartments by myself with no realtor. If I like an apartment, they say "ok ill send your paperwork to the landlord" and I never here anything back. When I do hear an answer they always have an excuse as to why I was not approved. For example: "The landlord gave the apartment to a family member" or "They gave the apartment to someone else in the building". Ive heard these excuses on numerous occasions and they should be finding me an apartment because it is there fault why I do not have a home presently.Desired Settlement: I would like an apartment. That is all I am asking.

Review: We were looking for an apartment in [redacted] and dealt with [redacted] of Leonidas Realty. [redacted] lied to us, was extremely unprofessional and wasted our time purposely. When we contacted [redacted] on an apartment finder website [redacted]), we told [redacted] what we were looking for in an apartment. [redacted] told us immediately online that the current listing was rented but that there were numerous other apartments available. When we contacted [redacted] one day later on the phone, he told us that there were no apartments. After a week goes by, [redacted] finds an apartment for us. We set up a mutually agreed upon viewing time which [redacted] eventually pushed back numerous times until it was three days and two hours then the originally mutually agreed upon time. We told [redacted] how much we make and sent him the information that he said he needed for a mysterious management of the building which he never gave the name for. He asked for precious information from our social security number to our W2 to our recent pay stubs. We informed [redacted] that we were coming from far away and could only make the mutually agreed upon time. However, twenty minutes before the scheduled viewing, [redacted] once again pushed back the viewing. After the viewing, [redacted] then told us that we would need a guarantor. Once we had the guarantor's information ready, he informs our guarantor that we did not make enough money. He lied to our guarantor and told them that he told us we did not make enough money from the start. Once hearing of this, we called [redacted] and he started yelling at us, indicating that sending us text messages to postpone numerous scheduled viewings and that lying to us about how much money was actually needed to have actually have a chance at the apartment was needed. [redacted] repeatedly yelled that we should come to him in person to see his text messages on his phone. We had [redacted] on our phone's speaker and he yelled so loud that he woke up our neighbors.Desired Settlement: We wish to have a written apology from Leonidas Realty and to be assured that the precious information given will not be used in a malicious way or intent. We also wish to be given the name of the management apartment company.
