Leonore designs has made my wife and I very satisfied with our kitchen cabinet projectLeonardo the owner was very hands on in the project because he wanted to make sure that everything went flawlessly as it didIt was his promise to us that he and his company will not let us down like HOME DEPOT didWe had gone to HOME DEPOT and purchased an $18,kitchenThey first sent the wrong cabinets after month and a half lateThen they sent the right cabinets incompleteWe were extremely furious and after numerous phone calls and reaching the CEO we got our money back I actually ran into a co-worker who heard me venting out to my boss because I was going to have to spend my vacation finishing the kitchen project and put our family vacation off for another yearHe refer me to LEONORE DESIGNS and told me that they are an upcoming company but that they are people that are customer service drivenI contacted them and [redacted] the owner and his design manager [redacted] told me not to worry that they were going to work on my kitchen design remotelySo while I was on lunch they went ahead designed my kitchen from their office as I watched on my phone as I made decisions and changes through the phoneThis was the most convenient way since I needed the process to continueI then received a call from [redacted] and he said that if it was okay he can install everything while I was on vacation so when I came back everything was completeAt first I was reluctant about it but after he explained how everything was going to be done we agreed to take a chance since they were highly recommended This was the easiest and best decision we could have doneWhen we arrived from vacation weeks later, the kitchen was just perfectI am a very picky personAs an engineer I like accuracy and perfectionOur kitchen was flawless and to our surprise [redacted] threw a couple of thing that were not in the contract that made my kitchen pop! I highly recommend this company. They are impressively sharp and they definately built my fiance and I an amazing custom made kitchen. We were quoted $35,000. From other major stores and we were over budget. My brother's girlfriend suggested that we talk to [redacted] and [redacted] They had done her friend's kitchen in Heathrow and showed me some nice pictures. It was very high end.
[redacted] came in at $29,400. And the designs were way better and our money got us far more than our previous quotes.
We highly recommend that people search all the big box store before going with [redacted] And then compare the saving with them. They are very fair. You will not be disappointed. We are extremly happy with the results.
