Review: We got our fence done about a year and a half ago and during the winter months all 3 latches broke on the fence. We contacted [redacted] a few times through email and he said he would be out to check them. He didn't show the 3 times he said he would come. He finally came about 5 weeks ago. He checked the latches and said he knew exactly what had happened and that he would be back to fix them shortly. [redacted] never came back to fix them. I called him and left him a message for a week straight and the following week I tried 2 more times. [redacted] never responded to any of my calls. In the mean time, our two oldest boys (3.5yo and a 1.5yo) have gotten out 2 times and the neighbor kids have gotten into our yard. We currently have bungee cords holding our gates closed. We are waiting for him to come and fix what he said he would.Desired Settlement: At this time, we just want [redacted] to fix our gates/latches as he said he would.
