LEONS FROZEN CUSTARD DRIVE-IN

Review: Originally from Milwaukee Leon's is a favorite. Tonight 3-17-2014 I experienced my first but by far worst customer service experience! My husband ordered my usual a banana split with chocolate ice cream in a cup for the drive back to Racine. He received a banana split in a dish. He explained to the cashier that he ordered the banana split in a cup and was told by the cashier that it was to late and given a cup on the side for us to prepare it ourselves as this is happening I am in my vehicle and clearly witness the young girl who is preparing the ice cream sneeze over my ice cream. Directly after, my husband was given the cup and banana split. I exit my vehicle to explain that I witnessed her sneeze on my ice cream and wanted a new banana split expecting the manager to ensure that my ice cream was remade properly I proceeded to my vehicle due to the cold weather and waited patiently during this brief wait my husband and I continued to witness cleanliness issues with this same young lady who is preparing the ice cream wearing gloves for health purposes picking and scratching inside her sleeve at her shoulder skin. Not once did she change her gloves. After about 2 minutes the cashier flagged us back up to the register and to our surprise not to be given the ice cream that we drove 45 minutes to enjoy but to receive our payment back and be refused service! Coming from business owners this was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced! I would consider an entire new staff!Desired Settlement: Compensation for the experience and the wasted time and gas.
