Complaint[redacted]We placed an order for a full bedroom set May 30th, it is now September 7th. Upon original order (May 30th) we were told that we would receiver everything within 3-6 weeks. We got the two sidetables and mattress/box spring within the first two weeks. 10 weeks after placing the original order we got our dresser and mirror and questioned about the bed, they claimed it was still 4 weeks away. That was 4 weeks ago and we are now being told (today September 7th) that it will be another 4 weeks because we only bout everything "a couple weeks ago" and "there's nothing I can do for you man". Throughout all of this the store has not phoned us once and we have to call for any kind of update. [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like...[redacted]-my bed finally delivered within the week (no later then September 13th) or the full bedroom set returned for full refund (obviously not store credit) and picked up by Leon's Business Response Customer has been contacted. I am not satisfied with my couches. I purchased a 5 year warranty. Within 6 months they were starting to rip. Leons refused to help. I purchased a couch set ( named [redacted]) in Feb 2012 for approx $2500 plus a 5 year extended warranty on the couches. At the point of purchase I was told that they were real leather couches which was one of the features I was looking for along with power recline. Right away the couches started showing wear in the seams and discoloration. Within 3 months I went back to Leons and told them I was unhappy with the couches and asked for them to be replaced. They told me no and had a warranty company named [redacted] from Saskatoon come to repair my couches. They redyed the fabric in several spots and sewed the seams together in several spots. All this on new couches that at the time were less than 6 months old. Fast forward a year and half later and I was having the same problems again. The fabric is fading and the seams are coming apart in 4 different spots- one place is the exact same spot they sewed in 2012. Also the "leather" is coming away from the fabric which I learned in April 2014 that it is not in fact a leather couch that I have but "leather bonded" . At the time ( 2013)I had been dealing with Leons for the past 5 weeks and had sent in numerous pictures and phoned several times only to be told that my 5 year extended warranty does not cover the repairs. These couches seams are faulty - evidence as they were falling apart within 90 days of purchase and that a repair company had to come out and fix them in 2012. [redacted] I want my money back AND my couches fixed. Desired SettlementI want my couches fixed completely or replaced. The fabric that was used was not quality and was ripping and fading within 3 months of purchase. In areas that did not even have use. You called two times - the first time you left a message saying you received my complaint and that you were going to be talking to [redacted] in Saskatoon and would phone me back when you came up with a solution. The 2nd and only time you phoned back was on Saturday night at 5:44 pm - no message left.You DID NOT leave multiple messages - [redacted] You DID NOT ask me to call you back in the original message, I did try to phone back but you DID NOT leave your name on the original message so I have no idea who to reference.
