Review: We paid top price for 2008 VW Jetta and were told they changed the oil before we purchased it, which they didn't. We left the car lot and got on the highway and the car shook all over. Called them when we were just a couple miles up the road and they said they know there was no where to test drive the car to take it and get tires lined up and they would reimburse us, when we took it to a well known repair shop the tires only needed balanced. When balancing tires they noticed an oil leak in the engine. This car was just inspected in January of 2015 and this oil leak would have been seen. We called Leopardi Auto Sales for the tire balancing and the oil leak. His reply was "I'm not paying for anything, have a nice day." We would like these matters resolved. They are nice to your face, and stab you in the back as soon as you walk out the door. They lie right to your face.Desired Settlement: I would like oil leak fixed and refunded for the tire balance and oil change, which they said they would do.

Review: I purchased a 2006 nissan titan with 36000 miles on it. When I drove it I found a few issues that needed repaired. The said they would fix them before delivery. The first issue was the tire pressure monitors. They weren't fixed correctly. Banging in front end not fixed either. I drove it home and the spare tire was loose so I decided to just crank it up on my own only to find tailpipe was missing and toxic exhaust was going into the cab where I have my two 10 month olds at. The headlights have water in them the emergency brake doesn't work. I went to the leopardi to have them correct it. Not one issue has been fixed. I traded in a perfectly good car for this truck. I wouldn't buy from them again. They are crooks and will be your best Friend till you have a problemDesired Settlement: I would like the truck repairs done so it's safe for operation

This letter is in reference to ID# [redacted] that was submitted on September 3, 2014

Prior to receiving [redacted] complaint we were in the process of addressing his issues.

A tire sensor pressure monitor and emergency brake were installed at Bowser Pontiac.

A new tail pipe and a new radiator were also installed.

After talking to our manager Thomas Bertram, Mr [redacted] agreed that the vehicle was repaired to

his satisfaction. And he would inform the Revdex.com as such.

Review: on sat aug 8th 2015, my wife and I stopped at leopardi auto sales on [redacted]. we saw a volvo suv that we were interested in. the salesman that helped us was justin. he said he didnt know the price that he would have to find out. after waiting aboput 30 minutes or so, he told me the price was $9995. I asked him how much for a 2 year 24k mile bumper to bumper warranty and he answered with $2000. I talked to my wife and we made an offer of $11000 for the car and the warranty, justin said he would have to check but that he was sure they would accept it. justin then went inside to find out for sure. after just a few minutes justin came outside to my wife and I and said that my offer was accepted. we then went inside to finalize the deal. my wife and I filled out the credit application and aftewr some time, justin came by with a form for us to sign that stated $11500 plus tax and title. he said it was for the bank. he then gave us another form that said we were approved for that amount for financing.

after a few more minutes, we were told we could taske the car but needed to bring it back during the week for a safety inspection and that we would just do all the paper work then, so my wife and I left with the car.

my wife and I went back weds to do the paper work and have thew inspection done. when we got there we were told by justin that jim the finance guy had a family emergency and would not be in that day and we would need to return sat to do all the paper work.

saturday aug 15th, my wife and I again returned to leopardi auto sales, this is now our 3rd trip there, its a 45 minute drive from our house. when we get there we see justin, he says for us to just hang out in the waiting room, that jim is finishing up all the paper work. after waiting for a littlew over and hour, jim has us come into his office. jim proceeds to quickly lay each form in front of both my wife and I saying sign here, initial here sign here. granted, I should have slowed all this down and read every little detail, but when I have an agreement for a price, I dont expect someone to switch the price and hope I dont see it.

long story short, I had a deal for a 2004 volvo xc90 of $11500 with a 2 year warranty and LEOPARDI AUTO SALES, changed that deal without my knowledge. the car that should have only cost me $11500 ended up costing my over $14000....the contract that I was rushed through signing, has a price for the car as $11400 plus $2230 for warranty which equals $13630 for the car and warranty, our deal was supposed to be $11500 for both. I also have a text message on my phone from justin the salesman that says the price for the car is supposed to inlcude the warranty for 11k,...so even their own saleman knows they did me wrong. but will not correct it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the over charge of $2230....
