Please read the following provided information to see
that the prices were in place prior to you purchasing material and after. I am sorry that you are unable to pay
attention to what was disclosed with you.
In you purchased red road base and wanted the same in that you
ordered in 2013. You also admitted that
you knew that you received red road base.
I am not willing to give you the red granite price of $per yd nor am
I willing to give it to you for $per yd.
As in the provided information you will see that the pricing was the
same with other customers. I did not
just decide to charge you $per yd.
One would assume that a person just wants to be cheap and not pay the
proper amount. One would also ask why
was this not an issue until it was time to pay the bill?
The information provided proves that the Libel (cited
from complaint to the Revdex.com) "extremely deceptive, misleading and unethical"
comment you made to the Revdex.com. Central
State Landscape Inc started the retail in and services roughly 2,
customers per year. Please stop any
further Libel or slander comments against Central State Landscape Inc. If you choose to ignore the request (which is
your choice) Central State Landscape Inc will seek legal counsel to protect the
reputation of Central State Landscape Inc
I am unsure if you are aware of the definition of
libel. The following information was

plaintiff could be identified as the person
referred to in the defamatory material; and
that the plaintiff
suffered some injury
to his or her reputation
as a result of the communication."
Secondly in the complaint that was sent by the Revdex.com please
read the please note section. So once
the statement is read it states that it may be published and viewed publicly. Please only provide information in regards to
Central State Landscape Inc if you re-file a complaint that states the proper
business information. It is indeed your
option and right to re-file your complaint with the Revdex.com against Central State
Landscape Inc. Please do not include any
information the makes reference of BB Rental of Wisconsin LLC in your
complaint
In conclusion you are naming two different businesses in
a complaint against Central State Landscape Inc. At this point I am requesting the Revdex.com to
close complaint due to improper information that you are stating of
two businesses. Central State Landscape
Inc and BB Rental of Wisconsin LLC are two separate businesses and have
separate accounts. If you choose to
re-file please name your complaint separately as you should because it seems
you have an alleged complaint with both companies

I do not expect any satisfaction in resolving this complaint.  If this is the way central states does business, we will no longer do business with them.  When I called in for prices and information I was quoted $15 yd.  At this time central states should have stated the difference between the $15 yd stone and the $18 yd stone but they did not, nor did they say when the stone was delivered that they brought 3/4" stone, the stone they say we purchased and delivered a couple years earlier.  That is misleading and or deceptive.  In my 17 years in sales if I misquoted a price, I had to eat the difference.  The mileage charge I was quoted over the phone was also $1 per mile, not $2.  Finally, when I called for a quote central states did not say there was any difference in price if you bought 1 yd, 10 yds or 100 yds.  We were told the truck that delivers the bobcat would hold 5 yards, so we ordered the maximum amount we were told the truck would hold, 5 yards.  We were never told the stone would be $28 yd.  When someone calls for prices and information, they should be given complete information on prices and services.
