Leo's Pro Shop Bowling Supply

Review: I purchased a bowling ball, paying over $200+, which included the ball, drilling and inserts. I was told at the time of purchase that it was fully guaranteed, for one year. Six months after the purchase the ball cracked, through no fault of ours. We returned the ball for a new one and were told that the manufacturer of the ball would have to ok the guarantee, not Leos Pro Shop. The company did ok the guarantee and sent a new ball to Leos Pro Shop. New holes, done by laser and inserts were put into the new ball. We were then charged an additional $37, for the work done on the new ball. After arguing the charge of labor and inserts the fee was waivered. We then asked if the new ball is covered under the guarantee and was told no.Desired Settlement: The second ball should also be guaranteed for 6 months, since our first ball lasted only 6 months.The shop should explain the guarantee policy to all customers before the purchase of the ball and work done to the ball.
