I called today because my brother was involved in a motor vehicle accidentI explained when I called earlier today that he had filed a claim through his insurance company online but because his insurance company is closed on the weekends, he didn't have a claim number yetHowever, we have his policy details and the state of NY is a No fault state so if he is getting treatment because of this accident it needs to be billed to his auto insurance companyThe first lady I spoke with around 10am said that all he needed to do was provide the policy number and the claim number within 7daysI advised we will but he has to wait until MondaySo my brother called again the same day 8/at 3:ish and was told he couldn't be treated without a claim number and the day business info I was given earlier seemed to not be correct, the front lady girl was very rude on the phone and not sympathetic to the situationHis neck is very sore and back is hurting a lotHe also doesn't have his car because is in the body shop and this urgent care was within proximityI am not even sure if there is such day policy or this girl simply didn't want to helpI felt discriminated and it is a doctors office, so shouldn't you be sympathetic when someone who is severely hurt calls? Not only is there a claim with his insurance company but he has his policy information which shows a valid policy, which they can call and confirm if there are any doubts Location is AFC urgent care in the BronxTo be exact Hutchinson pkwy location

I am not even sure if there is such 7 day policy or this girl simply didn't want to help.
