I have several  written notifications,from Ms. Jennifer C[redacted], who is the office Manager at Leriche Construction stating that my project would be completed. Yet Mr. Leriche has not worked at [redacted] . for the last six months now. He basically tore my property up and left it in its present condition, it is a shell there is still no bathroom no kitchen, none of sheetrock work is done and no laundry room is installed.Mr.  Leriche,has stated to me that he will not finish my home until I sign yet another contract with him acknowledging unforeseen work, that he did not inform me of until after I informed him that I was hiring an attorney to help settle our differences;  at which point he was already four months behind schedule.  Mr Leriche is trying to say that my thirty thousand dollars went to all this unforeseen work. He also wanted me to withdraw my complaints with the Revdex.com , [redacted] and The Office of the Attorney General. I believe this an attempt to not complete the house and keep the thirty thousand dollars he was paid. As of this date 6-12-17 he has not returned to the property. When I asked him for a refund of the money he told me, point blank,  that I was not getting my money back unless a judge ordered it . His attitude is very unprofessional, and arrogant not to mention he used the cheapest materials he could find, my family and myself are devastated because Mr. Leriche and his company has completely stepped on and ruined our hopes and dreams for a beautiful finished home.Thank you;[redacted]
