Bad productTried two and both fell apartNot sure who is writing the reviews on web siteStill trying to get a refund

Horrible horrible customer service Called and emailed MANY times to request a replacement (tongue piece broke first week) They promised to ship out immediately told me they don't do overnight or expediite but to expect in business days that came and went emailed again they couldn't find information (even though I've emailed them at least times with my info Called again and said ph sorry when was it shipping (month had gone by!!!!) they said oh we will ship now - will be on the way NOW weeks later NO PRODUCT BS place - Horrible service - This is SUPPOSED TO BE A NEEDED PRODUCT and you don't bother returning calls, ACTUALLY shipping out the product - NO response NEVER EVER Would recommend this product to anyone Give me back our plus dollars and I will go elsewhere Terrible service Bev M

This company spends A LOT of money in advertising, but then only uses the Post office to deliver their productsInitial delivery time 5-business daysAn error was made the first week when I called to get my mouthpiece and they posted an order for a gift card instead of the unitSorry 5-more business days, then they checked the box that "signature is required", I m at work when the postman comes, so no unitMy wife went by the post office - min in line to try and get what they sent, sorry still on the truckcalled in and the girl now tells me, huh, they actually sent a gift cardGoing on three weeks now, multiple phone calls, time wasted, still no mouthpieceAre we sure they actually sell them? has anyone anywhere actually used a Zyppah? wondering no way to call the corp office, no way to file formal complaint and try to help them understand that their customer service is in serious troubleDoes anyone know where I can get some device that stops snoring?

I placed an order that was never delivered after paying $9.95 for expedited delivery. I called coustomer service who told me that it had been shipped on the day I had ordered it, over 15 days ago. When I just called one week later, Chester (XXXX), refused to give me the name of, or access too, his supervisor. He could not tell me if my order was shipped at all despite other coustomer service reports to me. I would have cancelled my order if not for the need for the item. This coustomer service department seems to have a policy of lies upon lies to simply "take" it in. Many people wish to obtain a quality product for this purpose. As a physician, I am well aware of the effects of sleep apnea and snoring. If you reorder a product in good faith, common courtesy from a coustomer service department without arrogance and lies should be a given. What do I tell my patients about this company after this. STILL with no Zyppah.

NEVER EVER Would recommend this product to anyone
Give me back our 90 plus dollars and I will go elsewhere
