I ordered an article of clothing that arrived with a clear manufacturer's defect I took pictures of the defect and emailed the company to go about getting my money back I was told I needed to pay to have the item shipped back and they would reimburse me the shipping cost and they would also not charge me the restocking fee They were not true to their word, I was charged $to restock a defective item and I was not reimbursed shipping, so I'm actually out money from my order I've sent emails since then which all seem to be ignored and I have posted on their Facebook page They have made multiple posts on their Facebook page since I posted, yet not one response to me to address my issue

I tried to make a purchase on the website but I didn’t know that the payment had been processedWhen I checked my email, I noticed that there were two orders placedI immediately emailed the company and asked them to credit my accountThey replied that they were unable to refund orders once placed and informed me that I could receive a creditI understand that this is their policy but I never received a product and the order had not been filledI notified them that I don’t want a credit to spend more money with a business who penalizes customers for minor mistakesI want a refund

I purchased a product online and contact the company by email about the quality of the product After sending two email/message off their website and no response, I contacted them by phone They were not willing to exchange or refund merchandise The problem was the elastic waistband was twisted The customer service representative was very rude and not willing to refund merchandise They stated it was my fault because I had washed the clothing Very unprofessional by not contacting me after the first email I have purchased numerous items from this company and never had a problem
