I am rejecting this response because: it does not address my complaint about the quality of the itemThe item did not stretch far enough to fit my foot. Yes, I have received my order.

As clearly stated in our return policy, we do not accept returns after daysThis request was over six months oldWe also do not refund physical shoes as the customer accepts responsibility for installing Gekks. Thank you. -Gekks

I'm sorry to hear you have yet to receive a response! Would you mind sending me your email address so I can check into this for you? We don't have customer service over the weekends but someone should be getting back to any minuteGekks are designed to stretch to accommodate the length of your
feet, when they are not in your shoes they will appear too small but aren't (they are specifically designed this way)! Regarding our reviews, we send every customer an automated link to leave a review about days or so after we ship their order. Have a great day,Kaitlyn

Hi Jennifer,I'm so sorry we weren't able to resolve this on our own! We received two pairs returned to us, one was unworn, the other was wornAs per our return policy, we only accept the return of all unused GekksThis is mentioned on our site and in all correspondence relating to returnsWe are
very open about this! It's similar to underwear, once they have been worn, we can't take them backIt's for the benefit of our staff and our customers.? I've attached the following Proof of your partial refund My email to you explaining that we only can refund unworn pairs Alex's email telling you before your return that we only will accept unworn socks Photos that show the pair was clearly worn A photo of your Gekks with a comparison of unworn Gekks for consumer and Revdex.com reference (obviously you know what this looks like!)This is all very neatly inline with our return policyI'm happy to work with you and I know we have been trying but we can't make exceptions as this policy is in place for a reason.? I believe the reason Gekks responded to this complaint is because I contacted them via *** as well, multiple times? I notice that several other complaints on Revdex.com have gone unanswered? In general, I'm satisfied with the resolution in my own case, but the company's level of service leaves much to be desired
