As the customer states, I showed him of how the equipment operates, and that there appears to be no way the car wash or any car wash equipment could have damaged his vehicle in such a way.  My records show that there were 102 vehicles washed that day, and no similar complaints were brought to my attention.  As I indicated to the customer, if there were any doubt in my mind that the car wash was the cause of the damage to his vehicle, I would absolutely close the wash until corrections had been made.  The last thing we want is to have damage occur to someone's vehicle from the car wash, especially when the wash is as busy as it was that day.  My position on the matter remains as it did the day of the customer's complaint.  I feel that the car wash did not cause the damage the customer found on his vehicle.
