Les' Appliance

I have never written a review in my life time but I feel that I have to in this instance. After finding out that my current 15 year old refrigerator doesn't work and it won't fit nicely into my new home I went online to determine my options. I can get my refrigerator fixed or buy a new one after figuring out what to do with the old one if I purchase a new one. I called Les' Appliance at 225 E. Kettleman Lane Lodi CA at (209) 368-0522 and talked with a lady named Debra. Found out that they can send a repair person in a couple of days but I opted to drive to the store to check it out. I learned a lot about refrigerators and other appliances. She was very knowledgeable about their products, nice to talk to, and didn't try to push any products like car sales people. I was really shocked she didn't try to sell me the most expensive item in the store but rather asked me about my lifestyle and home appliances to determine what I really needed. She even offered to send someone out to look at my appliances to make sure everything fits correctly. Ultimately, I purchased the correct refrigerator for me and I now have a place to go when I have a problem or question with any of my home appliances and they will have a customer for life.
