A few weeks ago I called to get an estimate from Phillips Electric. I saw that they were in Abernathy and gave them a call to get an estimate. They came out to my house to give me bid and said they would call me back. One of the guys that I was talking to said they always bid high and then adjust if they need to. It has been almost 3 weeks and they still have not called me back with a quote. I have tried to call them and they will not return my calls. It's okay if they didn't want the job but as a business they should have at least have called me back.
