I used this company because my heater wasn't working When I called to inquire about cost, I was told it would be $for the service call and if I wanted them to fix the problem it would be more depending on what the issue was The guy was there for about minutes before he determined it was my transformerHe asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and fix it, I asked how much and he said $ Me, not knowing any better said okay When it was time to settle up I was astonished to the see the bill They use a predetermined price for certain stages I was a Stage charge, which was straight up $ No one ever mention this pricing scam to me I researched the price of the transformer and found it at Home Depot for $12.55!! So for hrlabor and a part that cost $they charged me $329...quite a markup!! I think they are a bunch of crooks and will not recommend them to anyone!! PS-Keep in mind the weather temperature was in the teens!! Two days later my heater is not working again!! I called them and they said that it would be warrantied if it was the same problem if not there would be a charge So, I'm thinking NOT I will not be suckered again!! Called another company and they charge $for service call and do not have a predetermined Stage pricing So BEWARE this company!!
