Their response is a absolute lie! The gutter is literally hanging off the building pulled from the clips from the house, the story gutter in now under my deck that his worker put there at my request because my gutter was on the neighbors property while Les Grumwald's crew of young kids were walking all over it!!
When I called Les Grumwald's office to complain to Les about the damage done by the kids that were working there on ***, West Duluth, MN 55807! I never said my added on room was 5', I said there is only 5' between the houses!! My bedroom is approx17'X 12'in measurement!! The gutter is on the NSide of the house between the house and the add on of my bedroom !!! The reason for the addition is I am disabled in a wheelchair, so the bedroom was built for me that is the reason the gutters are there !! One for the main house and one for the bedroom addition !! Pictures of the damage clearly show the damage on my house and the young kids crew working and my gutter on the next door property and the extention ladders the crew were using propped against my basement wall so the ladders would not slip!!! So the pictures clearly shows that Les's version is not true at all! Also my PCA took the pictures for me because I am in a wheelchair and the crew member with dark hair threatened her for Taki ng pictures of the damage done, so there is a witness to the conduct of hostility of Les's crew there!! The day (approxMonday at 4:00pm) the damage was done, the crew took off when the gutter downspout was torn off!! The next day I talked to the workmen putting in new doors next door and told them what had Been done and asked for the name and number to make a complaint to the owner which he gave to me! Immediately he called the company and talked to the owner and then I called the immediately after that worker's call and Les conveniently he was not in!! Every one of my calls went exactly the same way-Les was not there and never returned my calls!! Les also did the same thing to the Revdex.com until the Revdex.com sent him a certified letter that you have to sign for in the mail!
Then Les had to return a response then!
A year (summer 2014) ago I had to get the gutter and downspout fixed from the neighbors kids and their friends kids abuse! And how I know that is some of the kids in the neighborhood came and told me what *** asked them to do when I was not there, to climb up the downspout and get a toy off the roof and these kids would not do, because they knew it was wrong and they did not want to get into trouble!! So because it was wrong the kids told me about it and apologized for the damage even though they did not do it ! So that is another lie that was told by Les to cover up his crews damage !! The name of the worker I hired to do the work of fixing the gutter and downspout was Greig Ka member of my church and can get a statement from him if you would like!! That day he did several repairs for me as well, he would gladly tell you that he fixed the gutter very well for it has gone through many storms since then, until Les Grumwald crew did the damage much worse so the downspout is torn off the gutter assembly so the gutter needs to be totally replaced and the gutter may need to be replaced too because the crew as I said before,the crew walked on it when it was laying next door at ***! How did the parts get to the next door property if the crew did not put them there, there was nobody back there working except Les Grumwald's crew!! And why did the dark haired kid (maybe 18-to 20yrsOld) say then to my PCA "We are just trying to make a living here, why are you making trouble for us about that gutter, that's nothing!" He also threatened her for taking the pictures of my damage to my house and didn't want his picture taken and threatened to call the police and my PCA Ann Ptold him to go ahead and call them which he never did! When I started calling Les and the Revdex.com, he fired that crew!! Les Grumwald did come and look at the damage and told them all "You did a hell of a job on that siding "!

This fall we were working simultaneously on two neighboring residences that share a drivewayDuring the removal of our on site trailer we drove on Mr*** lawn and left tire marksThe following morning we attempted to repair the marks and Mr*** called off our repair crewA few days
later I, Les Grumdahl, met with Mr*** and he agreed to have us come back and repair his lawnOn Monday, December 5th, 2016, we accomplished thisWe need to mention that this shared driveway was originally damaged by another company which damaged the embankment.
