Review: Les Howard photographed our wedding in May 2012. Prior to the wedding we had signed a contract and paid in full. We went to Les' home prior to signing the contract and were shown exactly what we would be receiving with our package. The day of our wedding Les was unfriendly towards our guest and family members. In fact, to this day, we still get comments from wedding attendees regarding his lack of people skills. While this is not professional for any photographer, this is not my main issue.Included with our package, we were supposed to receive parent albums as well as an album for ourselves. We were also to receive 8x10 and 5x7 prints. It has been over 2 years since our wedding and we still have no album. I have received every excuse. First his computer crashed, then he moved, then he was having personal issues, then he had 3 surgeries, then he got divorced, then he hired a new graphic designer for the albums that left the country without telling him, then he had a stroke and needed to rehab, then he changed the entire number system on the 500+ pictures and wanted me to redo everything. These are only the excuses I remember. I have asked for my money back for items not delivered, but he insists he will make this right. It is infuriating that he changes the number system and expects me to go through 500+ pictures again and select photos for our album. I have already done this 2 years ago. In addition, the parent albums we received after a year and seven months were not what we were told we would get. They were very cheap looking and there was no professional design. It was simply one image on each page with large white gaps on the pages. I'd be happy to send them back to him for refund. I don't want any other customer to be taken advantage of by this photographer. It's sad, because we were happy with the actual images he took the day of our wedding.Desired Settlement: I want the money back for prints, parent albums and our album that we clearly will never be receiving.
