I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I realize that Web Vision "spelled out" to me that they fulfilled their end of the deal.  What I did not realize at the time of purchasing their services is that what they provided me would not result in helping my website to grow.  I received the weekly stat sheet which showed traffic to my site, but I never got any sales. I did not gain one thing from their services, but I gave them $3,000. This dispute will never come to an agreement so we will just have to end it by agreeing to disagree.  I have learned a very expensive lesson dealing with on-line businesses.

We ensure you that we have the proper insurance and bond. If we didnt have this information we would have just paid the money to settle and not make this a bigger deal than it is. The information we sent was initially pulled from the wrong policy which had the auto insurance but we had recently sent...

Regarding Case ID # [redacted] // Please be advised, I received payment from the business today Dec 14th, to repair the broken patio slider and will drop the Small Claims Case against them.
 
I consider this issue closed and am satisfied with the resolution.
