Review: I purchased 4 vans on the internet from this dealership. I made a contract on the phone with the salesman. The agreement was that the vehicles would have $400 dollars per vehicle added to the agreed price for the vehicles to be delivered on a transport truck. Also that the trucks were in perfect condition. They would be fully detailed and that they would have a full tank of gas. I was skeptical of doing such a large transaction in good faith. However, I was assured by the salesman that they were a small town business and that it was very important to the management that all services be to complete satisfaction to their customers. So, in good faith I proceeded. In the meantime the paperwork was sent overnight and I returned signed paperwork that same day with a cashiers check for the full amount. I was told they were in the process of locating a transport company and that when they did they would contact me with the arrangements. That was Wednesday December 18th. Without word, the vehicles were delivered Monday December 23rd to an unauthorized address, they were driven 440 miles (not on a transport truck), they were filthy and nearly out of gas. I was not at the location to receive the vehicles and they were dropped and the delivery drivers left immediately without an effort to contact me. I showed up as they were leaving and I immediately contacted the dealership to ask what was happening. the salesman apologized and claimed to have no knowledge. I asked he could get the drivers to at least turn around and take the trucks to the address they were suppose to be at. At least until we resolved the other issues. He didn't call back. Since I have attempted too call the general manager. I haven't heard from him. Thee salesman says he knows it's wrong but that his management doesn't think they owe us anything. It's almost unfathomable to believe that 4 vehicles can leave a dealerships lot and that the customer they are going to isn't contacted regarding the delivery. I reason that they knew exactly what they were doing and that they took advantage of our good faith. I believe they broke our contract and that they owe us restitution for damages.Desired Settlement: I have laid out to them a settlement as follows which we believe to be more than fair.

1- $100 per vehicle for lower cost delivery.

2-$ 95.70 per vehicle for fuel reimbursement

3-$.30 per mile for unauthorized miles on vehicles. 440 miles per vehicle-verifiable by odometer statement. Total $528

4-$30 per vehicle our cost to move vehicles to location they were suppose to be delivered to.

Grand Total of $1430.80
