Les Schwab's Liability Department received an incident report from Mr. [redacted] on May 11, 2015 and immediately investigated his concerns. The results of that investigation were mailed to the customer May 27, 2015, a copy of which is attached.
A review of this Revdex.com report confirms the customer did not submit any new information for Les Schwab to review and consider. As such, Les Schwab still disagrees with the allegations set forth in this report and confirms our position previously set forth in the May 27, 2015 denial letter.

The information that you have received from Les Schwab is absolutely incorrect. To start, they did NOT respond immediately. They gave me the run around and when I had another expert verify their work, it was determined that the work they performed was NOT to manufacturer's specifications and that they did NOT replace the parts on my vehicle which I paid for. You need communicate with [redacted] to confirm complaint. I do not know why you closed my case as well. Please reopen as I would like to have your organization investigate further to determine the truth.

What additional information do you need. There is clear evidence that my vehicle was off alignment and indicated by the attachment. The fact that Les Schwab has communicated that so many miles lapsed between original alignment is misleading because they tried t align my vehicle twice and could not perform the duties I paid them to perform. Secondly, at their request, I submitted my vehicle into a third party for resolution and the third party [redacted] confirmed that my vehicle was not aligned and thus performed the alignment and also informed me that my tires needed attention as well that Les Schwab never replaced the tie rod as they have claimed. It is because of their errors that I racked up those miles on my vehicle and NO, I did not purposely drive over "pot" holes and knocked the alignment off my vehicle. That is just a bogus accusation and you have elected to over look the facts of this case and because they are your clients, you are being washed by their lies.

Les Schwab confirms our position set forth in that letter.
