Review: worked on my car charged me $270...car not fixed. he said it was labor, but the car was not fixed because he was not sure what was wrong!
I took my car in on Tuesday December 10, 2013, having brake problems. He bled the brakes and still couldn't find the problem. so he drew up an estimate for me that totaled $737.52. He called me to let me know this, and with the estimate still was not sure if the problem would be fixed. He kept my car for 2 more days and told me he had about 6 hours in labor in the job, but was doing me a favor by only charging me for 3 hours!! For a total of $270, I know he did not spend 3 hours on my vehicle but of course I had to pay the money to get my car back. I cannot believe I had to pay that money and my car is still no better off then when I took it in to them. And I am out $270, and now I find out from other people that everyone that has ever had to deal with Les Schwab in Woodland has problems. How do they stay in business other that just taking advantage of unsuspecting people that are new in town and consider the name Les Schwab to be a business with integrity....disgraceful!!!Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back, they did not do anything to my car and I am sure did not spend 3 hours bleeding my brakes!!
