Review: I purchased 2 tires to replace my 2 back tires, one of which was bald, they removed the bald tire and put it in front and removed my good tire.

I took my car in on April 30, 2013 to have the 2 back tires replaced, one of the tires was bald and the other tire was in okay condition but it is my understanding that tires must be replaced in pairs.

They replaced the 2 back tires with new tires and about 7 days later I noticed that they removed one of my front tires which was in good condition and replaced it with the very bad bald tire that was in back. I asked for my tire back and they said it had already been hauled away. They said they would look for 2 used tires for my car to replace the bald tire. Meanwhile I was forced to drive on a very bald tire which was now in the front of my car and more dangerous than it was when it was in back. They told me they were not able to find used tires and offered to replace the front ones for half price. First of all, if they hadn't of removed my good tire and replaced it with a bad tire I wouldn't need to be replacing them at this time and secondly, I don't have the money for even half price tires so now I am forced to drive on a bald tire. Desired Settlement: I would like my front tires replaced and I don't feel like I should be out of pocket for any expense since it was their mistake.

In the interest of customer satisfaction since the consumer was so unhappy with the work done, the company initially offered to sell her new tires at half off and in the end they ended up giving her two new tires for free.
