Review: AFTER HAVING THE FRONT SUSPENSION REPLACED ON MY WIFE'S CAR WE HAD IT TOWED INTO LES SCHWAB TO HAVE IT LUBED, ALIGNED, COTTER PINS PLACED IN TIE ROD ENDS, AND A NOISE LOOKED AT IN THE REAR END. I SPOKE TO THE ALIGNMENT TECH DUSTIN AND WENT OVER THE LIST OF REPAIRS I WOULD LIKE. HE SAID "NO PROBLEM." I ALSO SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND REPEATED MY REQUESTS. AFTER TWO DAYS THEY CALLED AT THE END OF THE DAY TO SAY THE CAR WAS DONE.WHILE PAYING I CONFIRMED WHITH DENNIS THAT ALL THE WORK ON MY HAND WRITTEN LIST HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND IWAS TOLD AGIAN IT WAS. MY WIFE HAD A PRENATAL ULTRA SOUND IN SACRAMENTO AND TOOK THE CAR, WHEN SHE RETURNED HOME SHE STATED THE CAR HANDLED WEIRD. I JACKED THE CAR UP TO FIND NONE OF THE WORK HAD BEEN DONE AND SOME OF THE NEW SUSPENSION COMPONENTS WERE DAMAGED. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES THEY STATED THEY DO NOT LUBE OR DO WORK ON SUSPENSIONS. I ASKED WHY THREE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES WOULD TELL ME THEY WOULD. I HAD A MECHANIC CHECK THE WORK AND FOUND NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT DO ANY OF THE WORK I ASKED FOR THEY MISS ALIGNED THE CAR. THIS IS MORE THAN A MONEY ISSUE-THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE. MY WIFE AND UNBORN CHILD COULD HAVE BEEN SEVERLY INJURED OR KILLED. AFTER CONFRONTING THEM THEY CONTINUE TO DENY ANY WRONG. TO ME, IF YOU PAY FOR WORK TO BE DONE AND IT IS NOT COMPLETED AND YOU ARE NOT NOTIFIED-THAT IS FRAUD.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THEM TO PAY FOR ALL NEW PARTS AND A NEW ALIGNMENT AT A REPUTABLE SHOP.

[redacted] had his Gmc Envoy towed to our store on 01/28/14 for an alignment. He just had new ball joints and tie rod ends put on by another shop or at home, not sure which. We got the car on the alignment rack and found that it was way out of specs. [redacted] spent 2 hours fixing it, on a car that should take 30-40 minutes. The toe on each side was out 1 1/32"! [redacted] came in on 01/29/14 and paid for the alignment and left, he called on 02/03/14 saying that the ball joints were not lubed and the tie rods didn't have cotter pins in them. We don't service customer front end parts (lubing ball joints or installing cotter pins ect.) for this reason. [redacted] was never charged for this service, he only paid for an alignment! I'm very sorry that [redacted] was told we would do it, that was our fault, hence the reason why we credited him back on 02/03/14 for the aligment and gave him an upper ball joint at no charge. In his complaint he says that we didn't align his vehicle, I've got an alingment print out with before and after specs. I think we have already done our part to try and make him happy by giving him a free anlignment and a free ball joint.
