Review: Used vehicle was purchased, three weeks later radiator failed while driving down highway. [redacted] at Leskovar was contacted about failure and denied assistance in repair. Car sat not running for over one months time. On 9/30/14 while driving on highway 17 in Moses Lake Wa vehicle gas pedal failed, vehicle then begun to lunge forward causing bad control, in turn causing close calls with other vehicles as well as side rails of roadway.Desired Settlement: Vehicle recalled, removal or sign off of car loan at HAPO Credit Union, freeing myself of all debts with this vehicle

The purchase price of the car was $10998; the other charges that brought the total to $14292 have been refunded except for the sales tax and license fees which are sent to the State of Washington and not refundable. The dealer is not able to offer a refund for the car itself which was purchased six months prior to this date. It is possible, although unfortunate, for a car with over 90,000 miles on it to have a mechanical problem from time to time and those problems are the responsibility of the owner.
