assure you that your installation experience is not typical of the service normally provided by ***As outlined in our documentation below, our team has run a number of diagnostic visits and ultimately provided the exact system agreed upon and that this system has been running efficiently and problem-free since your last visit with our Operations ManagerWe also stand by our design process used to determine an appropriately sized system for your homeRecord of service and correspondence: - 6/25/16: Initial visit with Design Consultant to convert existing home from hot water heat to ductwork system with new heating and air conditioning, remove existing boiler system and install new furnace, AC, full ductwork system insulated in attic, bathroom exhaust fan, powered humidifier, air filtration system, controls, water heater, new gas line, and new electric line. Full design reporting was completed including ACCA Manual J Load Calculation to determine equipment size for home and NCI ductwork system performance design according to ACCA Manual D for proper ductwork size and design was completed- 07/07/16: Several options provided varying in price. System purchased and scheduled for installation. - 07/12, 07/14, 07/15, 07/18, 07/19, 07/21, 07/25, 07/27, 07/28: Nine (9) day installation. This job was expected to be completed in days, however, the lead installer had medical problems and was admitted to the hospital which caused slowdown and some disarray. System was started and tested for proper operation- 08/27: return visit for system not dehumidifying house. Tech found thermostat (humidity) control not adjusted low enough and abandoned flue vent cap not sealed causing excessive infiltration. Adjusted humidity for homeowner and explained operation- 10/14, 10/22, 10/29, 11/4, 11/12, 11/16: return visits for heating problems associated with clogged drain line from installation and flue pipe leaking water. - 11/16: our Operations Manager with lead service tech walked through system and inspected in detail and debriefed with homeowner due to all the return visits for heating problems. System was analyzed and approved. Homeowner was given personal mobile number to call direct if ever another problem. - 1/17: Spoke with ***, President of *** to share frustration. Conversation ended with ***’s apology and delivery of a year’s supply of high efficiency air filters and humidifier pads*** Heating & Cooling always strives to perform the job correctly the very first time and to provide our customers with an outstanding experience and ultimate comfort. We always stand behind our work in guarantees and warranties, including your years parts and labor. Although we do our best to avoid return trips to correct issues, we always will right any wrongs. Excellent service all the way through Upon my initial call, I immediately was connected with someone who booked a service appointment Scott Gshowed up on time, spent all day with us, and couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, diligent, and trustworthy I signed up for their annual service I have no need to go anywhere else

Today Leslie HVAC came to my home for a routine checkup conducted twice per year This company is family owned and is always on top of their checkups Their staff is great and the technicians are always friendly Sean Wconducted the inspection He explained what he was doing throughout the time he was here and also made notes for future visits and recommendations for the water heater and furnace He was very friendly, polite and even wore shoe covers when entering the home I would recommend Sean and Leslie HVAC to friends and relativesThank you

Kurt * and his team did a great job replacing our HVAC They were quick, efficient and very professional The one minor issue we had was resolved the same day we called The options they offered met our needs and financing was excellent and quick Job well done - we are very happy with their service!

Have used Leslie for maintenance checks and whenever we've had an issue with our HVAC system for many yearsSetting up appointments is quick and easy They show up on time and prices are reasonable Everyone is genuinely friendly...from office to techs Jesse R was very thorough checking our system He explained what he was doing and why Jesse also gave us tips on how to keep our system working at its optimum He even gave some tips for our water heater too He's very friendly and knowledgeable I will request him the next time I make an appointment

We had an emergency a/c problem and we called Leslie on Sunday 7/24/at noon and were told we would get a call back in minutes and less than minutes Jesse Rcalled back and he said he would be at our place between and 7pm and he was here at 6pm! Even considering the heat outside was ridiculously hot and he made time to come! Jesse R immediately knew what to do and he fixed the unit within minutes of being here yet when he left we felt like our very good friend just left, he was so honest and friendly and we even had a few laughs! He also talked VERY highly about his company!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone at any time! EXTREMELY happy with the service Jesse R provided us and the speed that Leslie communicated our problem to their field guy! And dont forget this all happened on a Sunday!

Not only did they educate us to what system was the best for our home, Kurt H., our salesman, explained everything in a way that both us thourghly understood. Making our decision even easier. He was excellent, a consummate professional. Both personable and knowledgable. He presented the options, explained the pros and cons, which allowed us to make an educated decision. I am rejecting this response because:What we expected was the best experience for a top quality system and we feel that what we have received has been the complete opposite and all that we ask is for [redacted] not to just give us a "play-by-play" of the numerous amounts of visits that were made at our house. We did not pay an extreme amount of money for this to ultimately be a "learning experience" for the future of [redacted] and their customers. We decided to go with the company because we trusted them as a family owned company and that the employees would have enough knowledge and experience for them to handle a job such as this as well as their 25 years of experience. Since working with them, the characteristics we came across were lack of knowledge and lack of quality workmanship. Our home was disrespected and we feel that a "years worth of filters" does not at all compensate for the grief we have gone through and ultimately feels like an insult. If [redacted] would like to stand by their word, we believe that  they should stand by their "No-Risk 100% Money Back Guarantee - If you are not 100% satisfied with our work for one full year, we'll make it right or give you your money back." We have not been satisfied with this entire system and company since the beginning.  We have experienced numerous disturbances since the last visit of the installer. Jesse was the last person to come to our house to check on a filter and we did make him aware of our high energy bill and high humidity. Since then, no call from anyone. The fact that we have had more negative experiences than positive (i.e. energy bill increase- roughly $60 increase, humidity has skyrocketed- over 60%) and we have yet to see the benefits of this "high-efficiency system", we are fearful that this extremely expensive system is bound to break down any minute. Since [redacted] has already been paid on this job, we understand that it may be easy for them to forget about the dismay they have brought to our household, however, we are still left paying a very large sum of money and we simply do not feel that this situation is just and ask for some sort of compensation or to simply find a way to meet in the middle regarding this unfortunate situation.If we are unable to meet somewhere in the middle and come to terms that we feel that we are owed more than just filters, we believe that the next step will be to seek legal advice regarding the resolution of this.

We have been customers of Leslie for several years & have always been pleased with the technicians who maintain our furnace/A* systems. Today Mike *. did our
system maintenance/review and he exceeded our expectations. He was very thorough & performed several tests that had not been done before. He did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and why. Mike took extra time to check every aspect of our systems and to answer all our questions. We really appreciate this attention to detail & highly recommend Leslie & Mike *.

Sean did a very thorough job during the furnace/AC tune up, very polite and cleaned up everything afterwards. He also explained the potential issue very clearly. We are very happy with he service and will use them again.

Taking into account that a broken air conditioner is no fun in August, with 87% humidity, heavy rain and high temps, Mike * and Sean provided the utmost of attention to detail that went above and beyond the norm.
Thoroughly explaining the whys and reasons behind what to expect of their work, the systems functions, and detailing the work, the outcome was 100% pleasant!
