The two young gentlemen that serviced my home needs where polite and efficient

Leslie Heating & Air Conditioning recently installed new furnace & A/C equipment at my house MrHinkle helped us decide what was best for us The installation was very professionally done The service technician was Scott G Another technician assisted; I forgot his name They took the time to explain & make sure we understood how the new equipment works before they left We are very happy with the work done by Leslie Heating & Air Conditioning We're completely satisfied

Justin came by and did an excellent job in repairing my furnace He is a friendly and intelligent technician and I will use Leslie in the future

Sean did a very thorough job during the furnace/AC tune up, very polite and cleaned up everything afterwardsHe also explained the potential issue very clearlyWe are very happy with he service and will use them again

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:What we expected was the best experience for a top quality system and we feel that what we have received has been the complete opposite and all that we ask is for [redacted] not to just give us a "play-by-play" of the numerous amounts of visits that were made at our house. We did not pay an extreme amount of money for this to ultimately be a "learning experience" for the future of [redacted] and their customers. We decided to go with the company because we trusted them as a family owned company and that the employees would have enough knowledge and experience for them to handle a job such as this as well as their 25 years of experience. Since working with them, the characteristics we came across were lack of knowledge and lack of quality workmanship. Our home was disrespected and we feel that a "years worth of filters" does not at all compensate for the grief we have gone through and ultimately feels like an insult. If [redacted] would like to stand by their word, we believe that they should stand by their "No-Risk 100% Money Back Guarantee - If you are not 100% satisfied with our work for one full year, we'll make it right or give you your money back." We have not been satisfied with this entire system and company since the beginning. We have experienced numerous disturbances since the last visit of the installer. Jesse was the last person to come to our house to check on a filter and we did make him aware of our high energy bill and high humidity. Since then, no call from anyone. The fact that we have had more negative experiences than positive (i.e. energy bill increase- roughly $60 increase, humidity has skyrocketed- over 60%) and we have yet to see the benefits of this "high-efficiency system", we are fearful that this extremely expensive system is bound to break down any minute. Since [redacted] has already been paid on this job, we understand that it may be easy for them to forget about the dismay they have brought to our household, however, we are still left paying a very large sum of money and we simply do not feel that this situation is just and ask for some sort of compensation or to simply find a way to meet in the middle regarding this unfortunate situation.If we are unable to meet somewhere in the middle and come to terms that we feel that we are owed more than just filters, we believe that the next step will be to seek legal advice regarding the resolution of this. Sean *., from Leslie Heating & Cooling came for a routine service check and cleaning of our furnace todayHe was very professional, thorough, and kindI appreciated that he was able to take photos of the inside of our furnace and detected a flaw in our heat exchange that could be potentially life threatening if we don't get it fixedWe would never have known about this flaw had it not been for his thoroughnessSean was able to show me photos, video, and explain exactly what was going on and the options that we have to fix this problem
