To Whom It May Concern:> Mrs[redacted] visited Leslie’s Furniture back in March of and at that time she was undecided about a livingroom set she had seen at another furniture storeMrs [redacted] came back to us on April 3, to apply for in store credit with usShe was Approved and at that time she did not purchase she was in between the livingroom set and a dining room set, so she needed more time to thinkMrs [redacted] came back to us on April 26, to purchase a leather livingroom set she saw at another store she was very familiar with this leather livingroom set she gave us the name of the set and we pull it up on our website to confirm with her that was the leather livingroom set she was talking about and wantedMrs [redacted] agreed that was the correct leather livingroom set and would like to purchase itThe leather livingroom set she purchased is leather and she was very familiar with this set before coming to us along with us showing her all the dimensions and product specs before she purchased her furniture and it is stated on our website which she looked at several times before finalizing her purchaseWe delivered Mrs [redacted] leather livingroom set to her on May 7, at the time of delivery she signed our delivery sheet stating everything was received in good conditionWe do follow up calls as a courtesy to all of our customers after delivery and we called her on May 21, to make sure everything was okay with her delivery and setup she stated everything was fineMrs [redacted] came back to us on September 5, to put the matching leather chair and ottoman to her set in layawayShe paid her layaway in full on September 16, and we delivered her leather chair and ottoman to her on September 17, at the time of delivery she signed our delivery sheet stating everything was received in good conditionWe did a follow up call with her on September 22, she said everything was fine and she mentioned one of our guys had knock her picture off the wall passing through her area, but the picture & wall was okay just wanted to let us know what happenedMrs [redacted] called us on September 29, to let us know she had a problem with her ottoman at that time we explained to her we will order the parts and our repair guy will come out and take care of her issue if he is not able to repair it our manufacture will replace it at no cost she was fineWe called Mrs [redacted] on October 17,to inform her we have not forgotten about her we are waiting on our manufacture to get more parts in as soon as we receive the parts we will take care of her we apologize for any inconvenience she was fineWe called Mrs [redacted] on November 21, to let her know the parts arrived to our manufacture they will be shipping out on our next truck she was fineWe received her parts on December 15, and spoke with her that week and told her we were going to forward her repair to our repair guy, so he can schedule her repairShe called us again the following week saying he had not called her yet and we thought he did call her, so we contact him about her appointmentOur repair guy responded to us he was on vacation for Christmas holiday and he would give her a call when he got back in townWe called Mrs [redacted] to inform her our repair guy was on vacation no answer and we could not leave a messageOur repair guy called Mrs [redacted] the week of January 5, to schedule her repair for January 10, he said after the repair she was fineWe followed up with Mrs [redacted] on January 12, to make sure everything was fine with her repair and we apologized again for any inconvenience also explained to her we had no control over the parts being out of stock as soon as all manufactures receive them they try to ship them all out as soon as possible, so customers are not waiting a long period of timeAt this time Mrs [redacted] repair has been taken care of and she was fine with the repair Leslie’s Furniture has been in business over years and we will never leave any customer with damaged furniture, unsatisfied or mislead them about furniture they are buyingWe stand behind our name firmWe take care of all our customers before, during and after the sellIf you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call at (281) – Leslie [redacted] *Please see attachments*
