I had a tech come out to clean the filters in my pool on May 6thAfter cleaning the filters he claimed he could not get the band clamp back on because the bolt was strippedHe told me I need to purchase a new band clamp so he ordered itHe came back on the 16th of May to replace the band clampI was charged for a second service call of $for him to come back out on the 16th I feel that his tools were the ones that actually stripped the bolt to begin withIt was on without any problem before he took it offThen to charge me another $for a second service call is outrageousI have went into the Leslie's Pool supply on Bell Road and was given a phone number for another Leslie's Pool SupplyThey told me they can't help me because I need to speak to the service departmentI have called the service department times and have been transferred to a manager to leave a voicemailI have left voicemails with my phone number and have not heard backI keep getting the run arou

Please do not use this company, I called them to fix issue with air bubbles, in my poolwhen the tech showed up, he did not even bother asking what is wrong, he adjusted the cleaner valve from high to low, I had it on high the day beforethen he told me the job is done, informed him that is not why I called you, the issue is air bubbles in the pool He told me that is not why you called Air bubbles in the pool is consider as water flow issue Then he said the issue for the air bubbles is an O-ring that needs to be changed, but he cannot fix it since he does not have it So I paid him the 80$ for service call, and $trip chargeI bought/replace the O-ring that day, another $20, but nothing was fixed I called them twice after that, and I was told someone will call you back, but I never got a call back I guess they have nothing to say to back up their work call numbe [redacted] tech name: Kevin M [redacted]

Terrible customer service!! I went to store [redacted] and the employees name was JordanI took some pool water in to be tested and the lady acted like I ruined her life! She took my pool water, tested it , printed out a copy of the paper, highlighted it and handed it to meI just purchased a pool and I have no idea how to take care of itSo when I ask questions about the paper work she proceeds to talk to me like I'm stupidI have already explained to her that I don't know anything about pools or the chemicalsI ask questions so I can learn but when I'm getting feedback from someone who is supposed to be a professional like this "try not to blow yourself up" it really upsets meI left the store more confused than everI will never go back to that store again

4/30/2017, purchased a high end aboveground pool from Freddie, Leslie's, Austin Highway, San Antonio, who recommended an installer supposedly accredited by Leslie's Problems from the beginning - pool delivered damaged, Freddie told us to refuse delivery, replacement would be ordered RUSH After many calls, pool was finally delivered on 6/ Paid $3,for crappy installation that took weeks - pool floor was wrinkled and pool was unlevel by 2-inches - installer said no problem unless inches or more! July 2018, we reported and sent pictures to Austin Highway store to Keith (Freddie gone) that pool wall had pushed out and upright support base is pushing the liner inside the pool causing sharp edges in the liner, which could tear at any time Keith came, took numerous pictures on 7/21, we made numerous calls for status, was told they were "working on it." 8/30, Keith and Jesse [redacted] , Area Manager, scheduled to take more pictures - no show, delayed, rescheduled until

Leslie’s has been in contact with [redacted] in regards to her complaintThe customer paid to have the sand changed in her filter and that does NOT include hauling away the old sandThere is a fee to remove the sand and dispose of the sand and the customer did not pay the additional fee Although we are sorry for the customer’s loss, we do not believe we are responsible for the loss of her dogIt was the customer’s responsibility to appropriately secure/dispose of the sand if she felt it was going to do any harm to her dogThe customer was told by the vet to put the sand down and the customer already had three bags of sand downThe sand that is used in the filter can be found at any home improvement store (20-grade silica sand)However, once Leslie’s became aware of this situation, our Service Manager went to the customer’s home and removed the sand from the premisesThis was completed purely from a customer service standpoint and we did NOT charge the customer for the service

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Again, he doesn't listen or read High PH can also cause the discoloration and roughness...look it up and learn And the company that came to price re-surfacing it validated that it could have been high acidity or high PH And above all, I am not the chemist but what I do know is that before the program of chemicals I was given, I had a consistent color pool and right after, it was destroyed You point it all toward Coral Seas but I don't know which of your chemicals or the interaction of your chemicals did it...I just know it was done Obviously you don't want to take any responsibility so I'll see what other action I can take against you and at least warn others away from using Leslie's pool chemicals because if something ever happens, no one will take responsibilitySo sadCustomer service and faith is dead there Regards, [redacted]

This complain is regarding Leslies pool at this location: Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX I brought my pump to the store to change a new capacitorThe pump is still working and I showed the video to the technicianAfter install the new capacitor, the technician got the 220V test cableShe obviously didn't know how to test it, and she was on the phone with another technician while she is doing itShe turned the 220V switch on while connecting the terminal to my pumpAfter a huge spark, my pump terminal had some burning signShe claimed the testing cable is not working and send me to Sugar land storeThe technician who gave instructions to her on the phone At sugar land store, the technician said my pump is deadBut denied this was because of last store's mistake even after I showed him the video and burning terminal
